Club Penguin EPF Message from Rookie!

Hey penguins!

Yesterday, all of the EPF Agents received a message on their Spy Phones from Rookie.

If you can't read the message clearly, it says, "Hey - if you guys happen to see Klutzy, let me know. We're not trying to catch him or anything, he's just wanted for questioning. Thanks!"

Hmm... why is Klutzy wanted for questioning? Does it involve Herbert? Herbert's basically in a hibernation right now, though, so I don't think so. What do you think? Drop a comment and let us know!
